To fully perform our app's core functions, only the following technical and anonymous data is processed locally on your device or in standard server logs:
- Local Preferences and Progress: Your favorite games, downloaded game list, and in-game progress data are stored only in your device's local storage (SharedPreferences / IndexedDB).
- Technical Device Information: General technical hardware details such as operating system version and screen resolution to optimize app performance.
- Anonymous Logs: Standard IP addresses and request headers from game downloads via our Cloudflare CDN are temporarily processed for security and speed optimization.
3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (Google Play Billing)
OfflineBoss uses the official Google Play Billing System (Google Play In-App Billing) for VIP membership and ad-free experience:
- Your credit card, debit card, and payment information are processed securely by Google Play directly; as developers, we have no access to or right to store this information.
- The app only verifies the digital receipt (Token/Purchase Details) conveyed by Google Play to confirm purchase completion and activates your VIP status on your device.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your Google Play Store account under "Payments and Subscriptions" section.
4. Device Permissions and Local Storage
OfflineBoss uses the following permissions to enable offline game playback:
- Internet Access (android.permission.INTERNET): Used only to update the game catalog list and download game ZIP archives from our Cloudflare CDN.
- Local Storage (App Private Directory): Downloaded Mini Game files are stored only in the app's secure local sandbox folder; we never access personal photos, documents, or other app data on your device.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Family Policy)
OfflineBoss places great importance on children's privacy. Our app does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age (or the applicable age limit in your jurisdiction). Our app content is family-friendly and appropriate for general audiences.
6. Advertising (Google AdMob)
OfflineBoss uses Google AdMob (by Google LLC) to display ads within the app. AdMob may collect and use the following data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads:
- Advertising ID (GAID): Google Advertising Identifier is used to deliver interest-based ads. You can reset or opt out of personalized ads at any time via Android Settings > Google > Ads.
- Device & Usage Data: General device information (OS version, screen size, app interactions) used for ad targeting and frequency capping.
- IP Address: Used for approximate location-based ad targeting and fraud prevention.
AdMob's data collection and use are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings.

8. User Rights and Data Deletion
Since all user data is stored locally on your device:
- You can instantly and permanently delete all downloaded games, favorites, and local data from app settings or Android App Info > Storage > Clear Data.
- When you uninstall the app from your device, all app-related local data is automatically and completely removed.
